This question can be answered by Spleen-Man alone. Pirates, although very knowledgeable in areas such as these, would be unable to tell you because most have cut out their spleens as a test of manhood and scurviness. Then again, I guess you could say spleens (or lack thereof) are for proving you are a pirate.
